Beautiful Christmas

Christmas is a truly special time. This year I was fortunate to spend my Christmas with family, friends, fond memories and reflections on the "Kingdom of Christ"; our Lord and Savior. King of Kings, who was born in the poor town of Bethlehem.

This is the Manger Scene from the Blessed Sacrament Church in Sacramento, CA. I stopped there to visit on Christmas Day. I felt like one of the shepherds, coming to visit the "Christ Child".

Cajun Cuisine

Our friend from Louisiana has been visiting and treating us to some real good meals. This Chicken Sauce Piquant is a yummy Cajun Dish, the ingredients include chicken, cajun sausage, roux, bell pepper, tomatoe sauce, served over pasta noodles.
